#Day1 A Murder Most Unladylike - Book Review

Posted by on 27th May 2017 | 0 comments

Hello Dreamers and Happy Bank Holiday! I wanted to start my 7 days of posts with a book review so that is what I have for you today! The Book Series I'm reviewing today is the Murder Most Unladylike Series By Robin Stevens.

The series is set in the 20th century and is aimed at children around 10+. I have 2 of the books and nearly finished the third! I find them so gripping and the author writes in a way which makes you want to read on! These books are about two girls, Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong, who are bestfriends. They go to a boarding school called DeapDean for girls and they enjoy detecting.

I don't want to give anything away so I'm going to have to be quite brief when I say things!

I believe all of the stories are based on a murder, which the girls try to solve. Their parents (especially Hazel's) don't like them getting involved so try to stop them in their cases! They run a Detective Society and throughout the books have assistants for different cases.

I absolutely love the 3 books I've read. I'm not quite sure, but I think there is 9 books in the series!! I reccomend this series for anyone who loves Sherlock Holmes books or mystery as these books have some great unexpected endings!

There you have it! I hope you enjoyed Day 1 of my week of posts! Have you read any of these books? I'd also love some book reccomendations if you have any! Stay tuned to see tomorrows post!

Keep Dreaming
